About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Health and Wellbeing Officer to join our existing County-wide teen health team on a16-month fixed-term contractworking across schools and colleges in Leicestershire with a focus on young people in post-16 education.
Teen Health is a universal service within the Targeted Family Help Service which is commissioned by Public Health to support the delivery of the Healthy Together Programme for 11-19 year olds educated in Leicestershire. Teen Health supports Young People in Leicestershire to make healthier choices to sustain healthy positive relationships and maintain good emotional health.
