PT Northwest has an immediate opening for a motivated individual with an energetic personality to join our team as a part-time Speech Pathologist in our Woodburn location (Legacy Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation).
- Evaluate and diagnose speech language communication or swallowing difficulties
- Develop and implement effective treatment programs
- Provide counseling to patients and patients families about the results of testing and recommended treatment options
- Establish patient understanding expectations and goals for treatment
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all patient visits
- Collaborate and delegate duties to support personnel as appropriate
- Maintain communication with staff and outside agencies per state guidelines
Qualifications :
- Licensed SLP
- Strong disciplined work ethic
- Dedication to quality patient care through the entire therapeutic process
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient personalities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics
- Demonstrated experience with evidence-based treatment modalities
- CPR and first aid certification are preferred

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $38.00- $46/hr. Salary is based on various factors including relevant experience knowledge skills other job-related qualifications and geography. Additionally this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Companys incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical dental vision 401(k) paid time off and other benefits are also available subject to the terms of the Companys plan.
