Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Rolling Stock Manager to support an urban railway infrastructure project in Taiwan. This initiative is a key step toward modernizing transportation and delivering world-class standards. The project spans six years offering a unique opportunity to contribute to its success from inception to completion.
Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders contractors and government agencies to align objectives and maintain compliance with international standards. You will oversee technical requirements system interfaces and quality benchmarks ensuring each phase meets rigorous safety and performance criteria. Your expertise will guide strategic decisions and keep the project on track.
We are looking for professionals with strong technical knowledge communication and problem-solving skills as well as a solid understanding of railway systems and infrastructure development. Fluency in Mandarin is essential to facilitate effective communication with local stakeholders. The ability to work on-site in Taiwan and thrive in a dynamic multicultural environment is also required.

Qualifications :
- Degree in Mechanical Electrical or Transportation Engineering.
- 15 years total with 10 in rolling stock engineering and maintenance.
- Deep knowledge of monorail rolling stock (propulsion braking control safety) Maintenance vehicles and Depot Equipment.
- Experience in rolling stock procurement design review and testing (FAT/SAT).
- Familiar with design review PMC operator or OEM experience.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
