Qualifications :
- Degree in Electrical Mechanical or Systems Engineering.
- Minimum 20 years in railway/metro projects with 15 years in project management.
- Proven PMC or Owners Engineer experience.
- Strong understanding of M&E systems integration and project controls.
- Experience with international contractors and local authorities in Taiwan or East Asia.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English as essential.
