You will join our Global Procurement insert the name of the department department
As our Procurement Analyst you will be part of a Global Procurement department working with strategic procurement team.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Develop enhance and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize Procurement KPIs spend compliance and other performance metrics.
- Understand end-to-end procurement processes (PRPO cycle sourcing supplier management etc.) to translate business needs into data insights.
- Work with global and regional stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and deliver standardized automated dashboards.
- Integrate data from various systems (e.g. ERP procurement platforms supplier databases) to build a centralized reporting ecosystem.
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and governance across all reports and dashboards.
- Analyze trends and variances in procurement data to support strategic sourcing cost optimization and compliance improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to optimize data models and connections between systems.
- Support the development of a Procurement Data Warehouse and automation of recurring reporting processes.

- Strong understanding of Procurement processes and operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling DAX Power Query visualization design).
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction transformation and integration.
- Hands-on experience in data integration and system mapping across multiple platforms.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including the ability to work with global teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- 1-3 years of experience in Procurement Analytics Data Analytics or related roles.
