Job Summary

We are one of the largest providers to the NDIS with a multi-disciplinary team approach tailored to the needs and goals of our participants and their family.

We are looking for a Speech Pathologist with proven leadership experience to join our Penrith team and support clinicians across Western Sydney.

In this role you will:

  • Build a collaborative supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomes
  • Support graduate and early career Speech Pathologists through clinical supervision mentoring and professional development
  • Provide leadership across scheduling referral allocation and workflow optimisation
  • Manage your own caseload and deliver timely high-quality therapeutic services

Qualifications :

To be successful you will have:

  • Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Proven leadership capability with experience guiding and supervising clinicians
  • Strong organisational skills to balance leadership duties with a varied caseload
  • Proactive approach with a focus on improvement and trying new ideas
  • Experience delivering high-quality services within the disability sector
