Safely transport customers vehicles to and from the dealership in a timely professional manner
Provide friendly customer-focused service during vehicle pick-ups drop-offs and face-to-face interactions
Maintain a clean driving record and operate all vehicles with care
Communicate effectively with advisors and customers regarding vehicle status or timing updates
Assist with moving vehicles around the lot including staging vehicles for service parking and reorganizing inventory
Perform basic walk-around inspections before and after transport to document vehicle condition
Coordinate with the service team as needed
Support shuttle services when customer volume is high
Keep service bays shop floors and work areas clean organized and free of safety hazards
Empty trash dispose of scrap materials and maintain cleanliness of drains tools and equipment areas
Wash and vacuum vehicles as needed including final clean-ups before customer delivery
Assist technicians by bringing vehicles in and out of stalls when requested
Maintain the appearance of the service drive including sweeping wiping counters and organizing customer traffic flow
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Excellent driving skills and clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Good interpersonal skills
- Communication skills and aptitude for customer service
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Positive outlook with a high-energy personality
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
