The Customer Delivery Manager manages product deliveries in support of ongoing Customer deployment projects. You will serve as liaison between program management the project team and manufacturing. You will work closely with Supply Chain Manufacturing Product Management Quality Control and Finance teams to coordinate electric water and gas product production schedules and deliver status reports. You will drive order priorities structure orders for maximum production efficiency and handle 3rd party management of orders. You will assess production issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectives. You will assist with project costs. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring production progress intervention and problem solving with project managers line managers and customers.


You will report directly to our Program Manager of Solution Projectsand you will work out of our Raleigh NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2 years customer engagement experience
  • 1 year manufacturing or supply chain

  • Bachelors degree in electrical and/or mechanical engineering
  • Strong coordination and managements abilities
  • Proven collaborator with exceptional communication skills
  • Works independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in product and material interpretation
  • Ability to learn technical concepts
  • Excel and SAP knowledge
