Description
Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace. You will be the engineering project leader and be the primary decision maker for engineering program cost schedule and engineering issues. You will lead a team in the prioritization of work packages design goals and objectives and drive overall program performance for Avionics (Epic Apex and/or Anthem) programs with a focus on displays and graphics hardware programs such as touchscreen display systems HUD systems control panels and more.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Avionics Engineering Program Cost Scope and Schedule for the assigned team(s)
- Assess and drive achievement of milestones
- Strategy development
- Early problem detection and course correction.
- Annual Operating Plan
- Manage short and long term staffing needs
- Involvement with program pursuits and launches
- Manage Program Metrics
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Finance or similar
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations candidate must be a U.S. person which is defined as a U.S. citizen a U.S. permanent resident or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
