Founded by Guillaume Luccisano (3rd-time YC founder) at the end of 2022 Yuma is one of the leaders in the AI Support Automation space with 10 consecutive months of double-digit growth.

We are now a team of 25 passionate and ambitious people based between Paris Barcelona and Boston and have grown revenue 5x in 2025. We aim to repeat this trajectory in 2026. The scale-up phase is fully underway.

About the role :

Were looking for an ambitious and curious Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in Barcelona

Youll be one of the first points of contact for some of Europes most exciting e-commerce brands creating genuine connections and opening new business opportunities.

As part of our high-performing sales team youll work hand-in-hand with our Account Executives to spark interest build pipeline and help Yuma AI keep growing at double-digit speed.

What youll do :

  • Identify research and reach out to key decision-makers

  • Generate new business opportunities through multi-channel outreach (cold calls emails LinkedIn).

  • Personalize your approach and build meaningful first conversations about AI-powered customer support.

  • Collaborate closely with AEs to qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings.

  • Become a product expert on Yuma AIs platform and the future of customer service automation.

  • Use tools like HubSpot (CRM) Apollo Sales Navigator to manage your pipeline and workflow.

What were looking for :

  • 6 months experience in a B2B SDR or outbound sales role (SaaS experience is a plus).

  • Fluent german (French is a plus)

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Energy curiosity and resilience : you love learning and dont give up easily.

  • Strong organization and self-drive : you thrive in a fast-paced autonomous environment.

  • Comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity.

  • Track record of achieving sales metrics and necessary work ethic and attitude to achieve quota attainment consistently

About your manager:

Youll report to Louis Coussen whos spent almost 10 years in e-commerce and somehow managed to beat every target along the way. His style is pretty simple: solid sales basics a lot of energy and he treats every no like its just step one before a yes.

Outside of work hes the guy who always knows the best restaurants never refuses a good beer and will drag you into many padel games if youre not careful. Hes also done multiple triathlons but dont worry he wont make you run one.
