Job Summary

Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing and Septic Services is seeking a motivated and team-oriented experienced HVAC technician to join our fast-paced company located in Jacksonville Florida.
Duties:
- Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to identify HVAC system issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems such as compressors motors and thermostats.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot HVAC system problems on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs maintenance tasks and installations performed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems. Install and connect HVAC equipment including ductwork vents and piping.
- Sales of IAQ products including UV lights Air Scrubbers and purifiers.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician or in a related field.
- Proficient in performing mechanical repairs and welding tasks.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with appliance repair is beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
