As a Financial Analysis Associate within Campbell Global you will be responsible for calculating the performance and multiples of the firms portfolios investment vehicles and financial instruments. You will collaborate with a team dedicated to timberland investment portfolios and engage with both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Validate and reconcile financial input data received from colleagues and partners and submit investment performance information to NCREIF consultants and other external parties.
  • Understand and interpret NCREIF-PREA reporting standards and Global Investment Performance Standards to determine correct treatment for calculating performance.
  • Document analysis and conclusions to ensure adequate documentation exists for firms performance record.
  • Support the Business Development Team by providing key investment performance data and analytical support in the preparation of RFPs and RFIs.
  • Assist in preparing investor reports including quarterly and annual reports and other finance projects as assigned.
  • Perform financial modeling for existing assets including discounted cash flow budgeting and other analysis to support Portfolio Management decisions.
  • Respond to internal and external information requests in conjunction with management and team members

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • B.S. Degree (Business Administration Accounting Finance or related) and three years work experience in a related field.
  • Experience with enterprise accounting software possesses advanced Excel analysis skills and is adept at working with large datasets.
  • Working knowledge of accounting practices and guidelines (GAAP/IFRS); proven ability to analyze financial statements.
  • Demonstrated financial analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills both oral and written.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills. Must be able to perform multiple tasks efficiently and work well under deadline situations.

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

  • CPA preferred.
