Investment Process Officer
This is a great job for someone who has proven experience delivering investment platform or process change in a high-volume multi-strategy asset management environment.
A bit about the job:
We are seeking an experienced Investment Process Officer to lead and deliver transformative change initiatives that enhance the scalability consistency and effectiveness of investment processes across both Public and Private Markets. This pivotal role supports a high-volume multi-strategy investment business by embedding structured repeatable workflows that enable robust portfolio management operational transparency and strategic agility. The successful candidate will focus on aligning investment workflows with technology platformsparticularly Aladdinand champion the adoption of structured frameworks such as RACER (Research Alpha generation Construction Execution Review). With a strong background in stakeholder collaboration the Investment Process Officer will drive the design and implementation of scalable investment workflows oversee strategic and desk-driven change initiatives and ensure transparent governance across all projects. They will also play a key role in developing fair allocation methodologies and delivering tooling and data solutions that support informed decision-making and performance attribution.
Skills and experience were looking for:
Strong understanding of investment workflows across Public and Private Markets including portfolio construction implementation execution and oversight.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable repeatable investment processes across diverse operating models.
Experience with Aladdin and other front-office platforms.
Familiarity with agile sprint and enterprise-level approaches to delivering change and strategic level transformation.
Knowledge of public and private market fund investment processes and operating models.
