About the role
Join our Housing Management Service as a Community Housing Officer and play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of tenancies and communal spaces. We are committed to providing safe secure and supportive living environments for all Council tenants and leaseholders.
The Housing Service has just been restructured and you will have a patch of properties that you will be fully responsible for taking pride and ownership for the quality of the neighbourhoods and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
About you
To be successful you will hold be working towards or will be committed to completing the CIH Level 3 qualification in Housing Management.
You will also:
A Full driving licence and access to a car is essential to be able to conduct home visits.
