What Youll Do
As our Kitchen Manager youll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen operates efficiently and consistently delivers the high-quality dishes our customers love. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring all food preparation meets our standards.
- Managing and mentoring kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitoring inventory ordering supplies and minimizing waste to maintain cost efficiency.
- Ensuring all health and safety regulations are met and upheld.
- Collaborating with the team to innovate and improve menu offerings.
What Were Looking For
Were searching for someone with at least 1-3 years of experience in kitchen management or a similar role. The ideal candidate will bring:
