Senior Analyst AI Engineer

Location: Pune

Experience: 1.5 4 years

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) Machine Learning (ML) and Agentic Frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI-driven solutions and working with intelligent agents to solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and implement AI/ML models and solutions for various business use cases.
Work with agent-based systems and agentic frameworks to build autonomous and interactive AI applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and innovation.
Optimize and fine-tune models for performance scalability and accuracy.
Stay updated with emerging trends in AI ML and agentic technologies.
Document technical designs workflows and best practices for AI solutions.

Mandatory Required Skills:

Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts algorithms and model development.
Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML use cases (minimum 23 implemented projects).
Proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch scikit-learn).
Knowledge of Agents and Agentic Frameworks (e.g. LangChain AutoGen or similar).
Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and prompt engineering.
Familiarity with API integration and building AI-powered applications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) for AI/ML deployments.
Understanding of data engineering and data preprocessing techniques.
Knowledge of MLOps and model lifecycle management.
Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science AI/ML or related fields.
