The Opportunity:

Were seeking a Survey Technician to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a strong pipeline of work across the Greater Sydney region.

The Survey Technician delivers accurate survey data and design support across multiple projects playing a key role in project planning and overall delivery.

The role will involve travel to projects across Greater Sydney

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting a variety of land and property surveys including boundary identification topographic and subdivision surveys
Support cadastral survey tasks such as interpreting legal boundaries assisting in subdivision plan preparation and contributing to titling and registration processes.
Assist in preparing plans for Development Applications (DAs) subdivisions and construction set outs including documentation such as environmental statements.
Assist in preparing plans and survey reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Develop working knowledge of survey equipment including total station GPS Setout systems and drones.

What Were Looking For:

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Surveying Civil Engineering or the equivalent
Previous experience in Autocad 12D Magnet and or Trimble Business Centre and/or other survey-related software (highly regarded but not essential)
White Card
Drivers Licence
Strong commitment to health safety environment and quality standards
A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative
Great communication and organisation skills including strong attention to detail
Strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to problem-solve
