Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in ONeill NE. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations managing staff ensuring customer satisfaction maintaining store standards and implementing retail loss prevention measures.

Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Experience in Store Management
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
