Job Title: Travel Mammography Technologist
Location: Hackensack NJ 70601
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: MonFri 8:30 AM5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)
Travel Pay:Up to$2669/week

Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist to perform diagnostic and screening mammograms and assist with breast imaging procedures in a Breast Center setting.

Responsibilities

Perform mammography exams per ACR/MQSA standards.
Assist with breast ultrasound stereotactic biopsy and localization procedures.
Set up/operate imaging equipment; select proper technical factors.
Label process and document images accurately.
Support QC tasks (phantom images compression tests processor QC etc.).
Provide patient education and maintain accurate procedure records.
Deliver age-appropriate culturally sensitive patient care.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

2 years Mammography Technologist experience.
High school diploma AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
ARRT certification and active Diagnostic Radiography License.
Mammography certification (within 3 months if not already certified).
