Summary: Implement and oversee leading edge financially sustainable programs and services that are in alignment with the overall vision mission values and strategic plan of Zoom Group.

Education / Experience - Requires a Bachelors degree from four-year College or university in business; social services management or related field and a minimum of 5 years of leadership/program management and staff supervisory experience in non-for-profit service industry. The equivalent combination of education training skills and experience may be considered.
Computer Skills - Requires proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook email and contact management Excel Word and Access software; the ability to use Internet search engines/browsers to access websites and research and locate information necessary to perform essential functions.
Other Skills - Ability to operate common office equipment computer printers telephone fax and similar equipment. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts proportions and percentages. The ability to create and interpret statistical data graphs.
