Job Summary

Job Description Summary

Leader/Specialist tasked with delivering results that make a significant contribution to a department or pro-ject delivery.
Responsible for delivering operational plans and setting day-to-day team objectives or delivering the business policies and programmes within a defined specialist area. Resolves day-to-day issues/escalation points.

Main Responsibility
In general responsible for assigned manufacturing engineering activities
Ensure engineering readiness for assigned Transfer Projects and NPI Projects.
Good inputs ideas to product development to make sure new product go to mass production successful and stable
Confirm the correctness and applicability of the engineering changes BOM etc. that related to ME on companys document management system and track it until release; if necessary ME should submit the change request.
Create Validation Plan. Generate and test Validation Samples (Trial Build Samples); validate test software. Provide Validation Report.
Take lead in jigs and other tools creation for production. Create Work Instruction and submit for release. Define production routing time for new products.
Take lead in technical issue solving in Production line. Responsible for solving engineering related issues to make the manufacturing running smoothly under the certain production yield.
Continuously contribute develop and implement ideas that improve performance.
Mentor for others about the manufacturing engineering.
The other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements
College graduate/equivalent or above (not subject if internal recruitment). Major in Electronics or Mechanical is preferred.
3 years or above position related experience. Knowledge of ISO13485 is preferred.
Fluent oral and written English. Good computer and office tools skills.
