Job Summary
Childrens Home Registered Manager
Location: Finedon Wellingborough
Salary: Starting at 50000 yearly Bonus and Ofsted Bonus
Working Hours: 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling required
Employment Type: Permanent
Ofsted rated: Outstanding
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users/Home: 3 Bed (but most likely the home will be solo or dual home)EBD
Qualifications Required:
- Level 3 in Childrens Residential or equivalent
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Childrens and Young Peoples Service)
Required Experience:
- At least 2 years in a relevant residential care role for children within the last 5 years
- Experience managing or assisting in an Ofsted inspection
- In-depth knowledge of Quality Standards and Childrens Homes regulations
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a dedicated Childrens Registered Manager with a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable children and young people. Deputy Managers with the relevant experience will be considered.
