Description

As aBusiness DevelopmentManager Li-ion Tamer (Europe) at Honeywell you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of ourindustry leading off gas detection products in Europe. Your primary objective will be to identify and develop new business opportunities establishstrategic partnerships and drive sales this role you will have a direct impact on our business by driving the adoption of this product into key verticals. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions that meet theirbattery safetyrequirements. By leveraging our wide network and strong brands such as VESDA & Notifier Gent Esser you will ensure that our customers have real-time protection full compliance and unmatched scalability for their Li-ion battery installations.

As part of this position you should be comfortable with traveling across Europe for approximately 5060% of the time.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in theLi-ion battery safetymarket
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Present and demonstrate ourfire protectionsolutions to potential customers. Negotiate and close sales contracts to achieve revenue targets

Key skills and qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience inbusiness developmentor sales preferably in thefire protectionindustry or battery industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales revenue and achieving targets
  • Strong knowledge offire protection systemsand technologies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field. Experience in thefire protectionindustry specifically with integrated detect and response solutions
  • Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations in thefire safetyindustry. Strategic mindset and ability to identify market trends and opportunities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
