The Role:
- Support project managers with planning scheduling and day-to-day job coordination
- Assist with organizing job tool lists materials equipment and subcontractor requirements
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including quotes purchase orders work orders and job files
- Coordinate job walks site visits and project launch meetings
- Track project progress timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
- Respond to customer inquiries and communicate updates between the PM site teams and internal departments
- Assist with manpower scheduling and breakdown response coordination
- Gather and verify information for invoicing payroll and project closeout
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers vendors and internal teams
- 13 years of experience in a project coordination or construction support role
- Experience in industrial trades or multi-trade environments is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and documentation habits
- Comfortable learning new software and mobile applications
- Competent with MS Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word)
- Ideal candidate is a licensed millwright although not a requirement
- Valid drivers licence with a clean record (occasional travel may be required)
