Position Overview
Were looking for a skilled Auto Interior & Glass Repair Technician with at least 3 years of professional experience in automotive interior and/or glass repair.
Youll play a vital role in restoring vehicles to their highest standard of quality helping our dealership partners deliver showroom-ready cars to their customers.
Key Responsibilities
Repair damaged cloth leather vinyl and plastic surfaces in vehicle interiors
Restore and refinish dashboards seats consoles headliners and panels
Perform color matching and dyeing on fabric leather and trim surfaces
Repair stars bullseyes cracks scratches and combination breaks in windshields and windows
Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
Communicate effectively with management and dealership personnel
Document all completed repairs with accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive interior or glass repair
Strong understanding of material types dyes and repair processes
Eye for color accuracy and craftsmanship
Self-motivated dependable and detail-oriented
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate standard automotive tools
