This role is focused on building and maintaining strong customer relationships through in-person engagement and driving revenue growth across a defined territory. Your Mission as a Customer Relationship Manager
As our boots-on-the-ground brand ambassador youll build lasting relationships with dealers drive sales growth and bring the Davidsons experience to life across the Mid-Atlantic region. Youll be the face of our brandenergizing educating and empowering our customers every step of the way.
What Youll Do
- Champion the Davidsons brand and product lines to current and prospective customers
- Promote our exclusive GuaranteeD Program and
- Collaborate with our sales leadership to meet and exceed territory goals
- Develop deep knowledge of your dealer base and identify new growth opportunities
- Travel extensively throughout Virginia North Carolina and South Carolina. Plan on an average of 2 to 3 nights per week on the road.

Requirements
What You Bring
- A passion for shooting hunting and the outdoors
- Experience in outside sales
- Residency within 100 miles of Greensboro NC
- A valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Applicants must be over age 21 and able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing
