Were looking for a Sealing Lead to help guide and lead the Sealing Team to meet all goals and expectations of the department.

Youll report to the Sealing Supervisor and work from our Jersey City NJ office.

What Youll Do:

• Seal coins sports cards non-sports cards and event tickets

• Occasionally travel to trade shows

• Learning various sizes of gasket sizes and card holders

• Maintain knowledge of coins and sports cards

• Crack-out and re-seal coins sports cards non-sports cards according to changes

• Aid Leadership in creating an inspiring team environment

• Set clear team goals

• Support & help oversee the day-to-day operation

• Monitor team performance and report on metrics

• Motivate team members

• Discover training needs and provide coaching

• Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts/escalate when necessary

• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

• Suggest and organize team building activities

Who You Are:

• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics

• Good PC skills especially Google Sheets

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Organizational and time-management skills

• Decision-making skills

Physical Requirements:

• Bending and Twisting: Bending neck/waist twisting neck/waist and squatting.

• Computer Use: Typing mouse work and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time.

• Exposure to Machinery: Exposure to machinery noise which may include noise from forklifts injection presses or other machinery.

• Hand Use: Regular hand use for various tasks.

• Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms signals and verbal instructions.

• Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift carry and move materials up to 25 pounds.

• Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

Hourly Range: The hourly range for this position is $29. Actual compensation in this range will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including location job level prior experience and skill set.
