Responsibilities - May include but not limited to.
- Shuttling Customers In Shuttle Van
- Pick Up And Delivery Of Customer Vehicles
- Drive vehicles from the service drive to the proper area in the service parking lot
- Inspect for any vehicle damage that is present when the vehicles come in for service. Record any noted damage on the repair order or customer history file
- Install floor mats and mirror hanger locator tags in all the vehicles as they come in for service
- Deliver the keys and repair order hard copies to the appropriate group leaders work station immediately after parking a vehicle in the service parking lot
- Maintain the parking lot / service drivein a neat and organized manner
- Answering Phones
- Cashiering

- Account collections
Requirements
- Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent College Degree Beneficial.
- Experience Required: 1 to 2 years in an Office Setting Preferred.
- Multi line phone skills
- Strong Multi-tasking
- Preferably Bi-Lingual
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Possess good computer skills
- Team player attitude
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent follow through skills.
- General Accounting Knowledge
