Job Summary
職位宗旨
負責確認房間乾淨整潔及設備完善指導客房造型師完成每日工作
主要負責事項
- 值班時應穿著整齊制服並保持服裝儀容整潔
- 負責管理造型師每日工作流程依照飯店最高標準確認清潔及維護客房與走道已確保顧客滿意度
- 監督續住客人及預抵達客人之客房清潔
- 樓層領班需負責續住房空房及樓層走道公共區域檢查並在員工教育訓練時提出對於清潔保養備品安全及維護做出改善調整計畫
- 如客房設備有任何損壞請盡速在最短時間內告知值班主管
- 審查與評估所有造型師之工作流程以維持造型師之工作水平
- 依據客房造型部職位工作守則監督造型師之工作表現
- 監督造型師各式備品申請量監控造型師使用量及成本
- 查看Arrival及In house報表清楚住客習性或需求特別注意WIP
- 與迎賓櫃檯和其他部門保持良好溝通協調確保顧客滿意度
- 負責監督消秏品客房備品及清潔備品之管理
- 追蹤送修物件直至修復完成回歸
- 旅客借用或損壞內部資產監督歸還或賠償之追蹤
- 妥善保管領取之房卡MVPN及Pantry鑰匙並於下班時確實繳回辦公室領取及歸還務必簽名以示負責
- 確實完成 與自身職務相關之報表並整理歸檔
- 查看Out of service報表和樓層紀錄本了解房間狀況
- 清楚外包廠商之工作安排及進度並報告部門經理或協理
- 對任何註明需要保密的事物克盡保密之責任
- 高住房率支援整房
