About the role:
We are looking for skilled HVAC Installers to join our growing team. You will install R290 air-to-water heat pumps in residential homes across Germany and support maintenance activities in our Wrocław factory when not travelling.
This is a great opportunity to work with innovative sustainable heating technology and grow within a modern international company.
Cooperation based on a B2B contract.
What youll be doing:
- Install and connect electrical components for R290 air-to-water heat pumps.
- Wire power supply circuits protection devices and control panels according to technical documentation.
- Connect communication and control wiring (sensors thermostats external units etc.).
- Perform insulation continuity and grounding tests to ensure electrical safety.
- Support commissioning and verify correct operation of electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with all electrical safety and ATEX requirements for R290 installations.
- Maintain tools instruments and work areas in clean and safe condition.
- Record installation and test results clearly in line with documentation standards.
- Cooperate closely with hydraulic installers site supervisors and service teams.
- Communicate clearly with customers and partners during installation and start-up.
What youll bring to the role:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an electrician or electrical installer ideally within HVAC heat pumps or building systems.
- Polish language proficiency is required; German or English skills will be considered a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to read and follow electrical diagrams and technical instructions.
- Understanding of R290 or similar system safety requirements (ATEX knowledge is an advantage).
- Strong practical skills attention to detail and safety mindset.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Germany.
- Valid driving licence.
- SEP or equivalent electrical qualification (E or D class).
