Summary
The new hire will join Knauf Italias sales force with the following responsibilities:
- Management and development of the customer platform and related sales channels;
- Achievement of sales BDG for the area of responsibility;
- Application of commercial policies;
- Drafting of a monthly sales plan;
- Market analysis and trends;
Requirements
- Technical diploma or degree in economics construction engineering or architecture;
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English;
- Professional skills: sale of value-added goods and services in the construction market or premium products in other markets;
- Use of office applications and management of own work schedule via CRM;
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit autonomy dynamism and ability to work in a team;
- Results-oriented and strong commercial aptitude;
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Salary: Gross annual salary between 30000 and 40000 and in any case commensurate with the candidates experience variable equipment and company car supplementary health insurance.
