Experienced Java Software Developer for a Sustainability SaaS

We are looking for an experienced Java Software Developer to join our fast-growing team.

One Click LCA is a fast-growing and profitable Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) growth company powering the makers of a zero-carbon future. With customers in 170 countries and a team of international professionals we make LCA and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) easy and affordable for the construction industry. It integrates with all the leading design software packages and all environmental databases in the industry and provides over 60 modules for low-carbon design and carbon transparency.

Youll join a supportive effective and mission-oriented team in a flexible friendly work environment.

This full-time permanent role can be performed remotely and is open to candidates who are capable of aligning work hours with the European time zone.

What youll do:

• Work as a developer in a cross-functional squad that develops new features and services for our SaaS platform
• Write clean maintainable code and design implementation approach with colleagues
• As a squad you own what you build which means that you take care of the smooth operations of the product from start to production
• Investigate and solve technical problems
• Assist and design system architecture to help support our scalability efforts
• Act as an example and mentor for less experienced colleagues sharing best practices and ways of working as a developer

What you need:

• Multiple years (5) of experience in developing professional projects or solutions
• Experience with Java 11 is a must
• Experience with SpringBoot is a must
• Skills and experience in different technologies such as Groovy/Grail Python and UI frameworks are a plus
• Experience and understanding of relational and non-relational databases is a big plus
• Willingness to work in fast-paced agile product development
