Your Job

As our Sales Enablement Manager your mission is clear: maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our global Sales team.

You will be the architect of our GTM standards ensuring every salesperson has the processes content and training they need to achieve and exceed their targets.

This is a highly collaborative role focused on converting strategic vision into repeatable scalable selling behaviors that drive acquisition.



Sales Content & GTM Strategy

  • Standardise GTM Playbooks: Design document and enforce consistent Go-to-Market playbooks and sales processes across all regions and sales segments ensuring global alignment and clarity.
  • Devise Training & Collateral: Own the creation and continuous maintenance of all essential sales collateral including sales decks case studies and battle cards.
  • Maintain Collateral: manage all training and collateral within our internal knowledge base (Notion) ensuring it is always up-to-date and easily accessible by the sales team.
  • Content Creation: Ensure the sales content (decks talking points) is aligned with RevOps data insights tailoring messaging to the types of leads being generated and converting most successfully. Maintain up-to-date documentation on competitive differentiation Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definitions and robust objection-handling guides to directly support conversion success.

Training & Onboarding Acceleration

  • New Hire Onboarding: Design and deliver a best-in-class onboarding programme for all new sales hires ensuring a fast and effective ramp-up to quota attainment.
  • Continuous Improvement & Certification: Manage and execute ongoing training sessions for the existing team focusing on product knowledge updates process changes skill development (e.g. negotiation prospecting) and the implementation of sales certification programmes.
  • System Usage Support: Liaise with the Revenue Operations Manager to support training for the correct usage of the CRM system and data capture systems ensuring high data quality and system adherence across the sales team.

Sales Tools & Operational Support

  • Tool Management: Oversee the management optimisation and adoption of specialised sales tooling (e.g. outreach platforms sales enablement libraries coaching tools) working closely with RevOps on system integration.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with RevOps and Sales Leadership to support the rollout and communication of territory and account mapping ensuring reps understand the why and are equipped to manage their patch effectively.


Your profile for this job

Were looking for a highly operationally sharp individual who understands the rhythm of Ad-Tech or SaaS sales. You are a natural coach a fantastic communicator and thrive on seeing your processes directly lead to revenue growth.

  • Experience: 5 years of demonstrable experience in a dedicated Sales Operations Sales Enablement or Sales Training role.
  • Operational Acumen: Highly capable of translating high-level strategy into simple repeatable sales processes and managing process documentation end-to-end.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A strong communicator able to effectively train coach and influence sales reps and leaders without direct managerial authority.
  • Industry Knowledge: Practical understanding of SaaS or Ad-Tech sales cycles including prospecting pipeline stages and common objections.
