What You’ll Do
- Provide pediatric physical therapy in the home setting to babies less than 6 months old and children transitioning into or out of foster care.
- Conduct evaluations develop individualized treatment plans and track progress
- Collaborate with families caregivers and interdisciplinary team members
- Focus on functional outcomes that help children thrive at home school and in the community
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the State of Colorado
- Experience or interest in treating young babies or with children in foster care (preferred)
- Strong communication time-management and problem-solving skills
- A positive flexible and proactive mindset
