The Opportunity

Youll join one of three critical product streams:

1. AI Analytics Define the foundation of our AI analytics experience how users create reports with AI consume data in smarter ways and turn insights into action.

2. IAM & Permissions (Security / Authentication) Design how users authenticate manage permissions view audit logs and trust the system. Youll shape how identity access and security flows come to life.

3. Integrations & APIs Design the connective tissue of our platform: how customers extend Factorial through APIs integrate third-party tools and explore the marketplace.

Across all streams youll use AI not just as a tool but as a creative and intelligent partner helping to simplify workflows surface insights and create more adaptive intuitive experiences.

What Youll Do

• Work hand in hand with your trio to design end-to-end experiences for complex technical domains.
• Translate intricate systems into intuitive human-centered flows.
• Design with AI at the core from personalization and automation to intelligent decision support.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system for scalability and consistency.
• Champion simplicity clarity and empathy at every stage of the design process.

Who You Are

• 5 years of product design experience.
• A portfolio that demonstrates clarity depth and craft in solving complex problems.
• A strong systems thinker comfortable mapping flows dependencies and information architecture.
• Curious about how AI reshapes product design and user experience.
• A clear communicator and thoughtful collaborator.
• Energized by ambiguity and driven to bring structure and clarity to it.

• Experience with authentication (OAuth SSO MFA) permissions models or audit logging.

Our Process

We know applying for a job takes time and energy so we keep the process transparent thoughtful and respectful:

1. First Interview (45min)
   A conversation with our Talent Acquisition Specialist to get to know each other understand your background and motivations and ensure alignment with the role and Factorials culture.
2. Portfolio Deep Dive (1 hour)
   Meet our Design Director from the Platform Domain to explore your design approach problem-solving mindset and what drives your decisions. Youll walk us through a case study showing how you think decide and bring ideas to life.
3. Practical Challenge ( 8 hours)
   Work on a fictional design brief similar to what you might face at Factorial.
4. Challenge Presentation (1 hour)
   Present your work discuss trade-offs explore ideas and meet future teammates.
5. Offer Stage
   If its a mutual fit well extend a detailed offer that reflects your expertise and our alignment.
