Your mission
Are you a curious and data-driven student looking to gain hands-on experience in the world of fraud prevention Join us as Fraud Analytics Intern and help keep our platform safe while learning how data patterns and technology come together to protect our users. Youll work closely with Customer Support Product and Tech teams and get real exposure to the fast-paced gaming and tech industry.
- Support our fraud prevention operations by monitoring user activity and payment requests identifying suspicious behavior and taking appropriate action.
- Understand the importance of fraud prevention and its impact on our business staying curious about potential risks and loopholes.
- Collaborate with Customer Support to help resolve tickets.
- Detect and flag recurring fraud patterns collaborating with Product and Tech teams to improve detection measures.
- Stay curious about our industry develop an understanding of potential loopholes and adapt quickly to market dynamics and new technologies.
Your profile
- You are currently studying Economics Statistics Finance IT or a related field in Hamburg or the greater Hamburg area.
- You are seeking a full-time internship of 3 to 6 months.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills with an affinity for numbers and data.
- 12 years of general work experience ideally in fraud management or similar operational roles such as call center or support.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and confident in using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proactive independent and goal-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English (B2). German is a plus.
- Exposure to data analytics BI reporting or similar tools is a plus.
- Enthusiastic about mobile games and online topics.

Please note: this is not a remote only position we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg Germany - working from home on Mondays & Fridays coming to the office on Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday!
