Job Summary

Job Title: Remote Oracle Cloud WMS Functional Consultant
Location: Remote (CST Time zone Preferred)
Type: Long Term Contract

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud WMS Functional Consultant to act as an SME and product owner supporting multi-warehouse operations optimizing processes and driving enhancements across Oracle Fusion Cloud WMS.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather analyze and document daily warehouse operational requirements across multiple sites.
Map and document as-is/to-be processes to optimize Oracle Cloud WMS usage.
Lead root cause analysis and manage resolution for post go-live issues.
Mentor Oracle Fusion Cloud technical developers and ensure alignment with functional needs.
Serve as SME for WMS O2C Inventory and Shipping modules.
Recommend process improvements and support change management.
Train warehouse end-users and develop clear business/functional documentation.
Act as product owner for WMS enhancements and transformation projects.
Support go-live hypercare and ongoing optimization.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud WMS implementations.
Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud WMS O2C Inventory and Shipping.
Proven experience interacting with warehouse managers and documenting requirements.
Experience in post go-live support RCA process mapping and future-state design.
Ability to guide and mentor technical teams.
Self-driven strong communication and excellent documentation skills.
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain/Business/IT (Masters preferred).
Ability to work core CST business hours with multi time zone teams.

Preferred:

Oracle Cloud WMS certification.
Experience with large multi-warehouse implementations.
Exposure to 3PL or high-volume distribution environments.
