Position Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual Butcher with direct experience in large-scale meat processing operations (e.g. Tyson Foods JBS Smithfield).
This is not a retail/grocery butcher role - the position involves industrial-level meat processing supervising production teams and maintaining strict safety and quality standards in a high-volume food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Cut trim and portion meats per industrial specifications
Supervise train and support butchering staff
Operate and maintain industrial processing equipment
Monitor inventory and coordinate supply needs
Enforce food safety and sanitation standards
Inspect products for freshness quality and compliance
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (formal meat processing training preferred)
Prior experience in large-scale meat processing facilities (Tyson Smithfield JBS etc.)
Proven supervisory experience in meat production
Strong knife-handling safety and quality assurance skills
Physically able to lift heavy products and stand for long periods
Flexible schedule early mornings weekends or holidays as required
