Job Description:

Role Requirements:

Design Executive-Level Presentations: Create high-impact PowerPoint decks that distill complex data science models analytics insights and
strategic recommendations into clear visually compelling formats for senior leadership
Visual Storytelling: Apply principles of narrative structure visual hierarchy and data visualization to guide audiences through analytical findings and business implications
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with analytics leaders analysts data scientists machine learning engineers and data engineers to understand content define messaging goals and deliver polished presentation materials
Brand and Design Consistency: Ensure all materials align with the clients brand standards and maintain a consistent visual identity across presentations
Template and Asset Development: Build and maintain a library of reusable templates icons and visual assets to support scalable presentation development
Presentation Coaching: Provide guidance to team members on visual best practices storytelling techniques and effective communication strategies
Project Management: Manage multiple concurrent projects balancing short turnaround times with high standards of quality and accuracy

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in presentation design visual communications or a related field
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication Marketing Data Visualization or a related discipline
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with a strong portfolio of executive-level presentations
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign)
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Excel)
Experience working with data science and analytics teams to translate technical content into business-friendly visuals
Exceptional attention to detail layout typography and color theory
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a corporate consulting or financial services environment
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and accessibility standards
Motion graphics or animation experience (e.g. After Effects PowerPoint Morph Lottie) is a plus
Experience with storytelling frameworks such as SCQA Pyramid Principle or Minto
