Job Title :Mid-Level Project Manager (Medicaid SOP Governance Financial Tracking)
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Experience managing operational tasks for large-scale complex office or government projects involving cross-agency stakeholders. Large-scale is defined as projects with a budget of at least $2 million and involving more than 50 stakeholders.
- Experience working with Medicaid programs health information systems eligibility systems or other healthcare-related IT or operational projects.
- Experience providing administrative or project management support within a public sector or enterprise IT environment.
- Experience tracking and managing financial activities including purchase orders (POs) expense monitoring funding requests and preparing or maintaining financial reports or dashboards.
- Experience drafting maintaining or updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) workflows or guidance documents to support IT or business operations teams.
- Experience reviewing operational or business transmittals memos or deliverables for completeness accuracy and compliance with procedural or business requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
