Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Telecommunications or related field OR equivalent hands-on experience.
• Willingness to think differently and to approach problems from multiple directions with a focus on delivering results.
• Demonstrated ability to foster relationships with team members contractors regulators community officials and leaders.
• 5 years of experience managing construction projects ideally within fiber optic or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of aerial and underground fiber construction methods permitting and right-of-way requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects in challenging environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings maps and specifications.
• Commitment to safety quality and community-first outcomes.

Preferred Credentials:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
• OSHA 30 or other safety certifications.
• Experience with GIS AutoCAD or fiber design software.
• Familiarity with fiber splicing testing and OTDR analysis.
• Prior experience working with municipal leaders utilities and community groups.

The Role:

• Lead end-to-end fiber construction projects that connect entire communities.
• Combination of office and field work with travel to job sites as required.
• Build teams internal and external encompassing engineering construction permitting contractors utilities and municipalities
• Oversee crews subcontractors and vendors to keep projects on track.
• Ensure top-notch quality safety and compliance.
• Be the face of our projects working directly with community leaders influencers municipalities partners and neighbors.
