Role Summary:
Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant responsible for solutioning configuration validation and business stakeholder alignment across specific planning areas (Opex / Workforce / Revenue / COGS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Adaptive Planning models for assigned planning areas
- Conduct requirement workshops support discovery-to-deployment lifecycle
- Manage hierarchies dimensions versions account structures
- Validate data loads and source mapping (Azure BPC/Excel)
- Support sandbox testing UAT and business signoffs
- Ensure proper versioning cloning and phase-aligned planning activities
Must Have Skills:.
- 3 years in Workday Adaptive Planning (specific area: Opex / Revenue / COGS / Workforce)
- Prior experience with L3 model configurations
- Experience in at least 1 end-to-end implementation
- Proficiency with Adaptive modeling matrix reports OfficeConnect
