About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in recruiting IT professionals a proven track record of sourcing top
talent and the ability to manage the full recruiting lifecycle. This role requires a combination of technical
knowledge strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions including sourcing screening and presenting
qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent including use of social
media job boards networking and referral programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
and hiring needs.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment tracker.
Continuously improve recruitment processes to optimize efficiency and quality of hires.
Qualifications:
5 years of recruiting experience with at least 3 years focused on IT roles (software development
infrastructure cybersecurity cloud etc.).
Strong understanding of technical roles skills and industry trends.

Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business IT or a related field.
Experience recruiting for enterprise-level technology organizations.
