Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES / WHAT WE EXPECT:

Review of Aker Manufacturing record books to ensure technical & administrative correctness. for the assigned projects.

Prioritise and manage assigned work.

Ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

Manage the progress of the MRBs which are on hold.

Support MRB DCs on technical aspect of the Manufacturing Record Books. Provide training on product and technical aspect of the documentation.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

State the minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent.

Functional Skills / Key competencies

Knowledge of ERP systems preferably SAP

Personal computer proficiency and Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) Knowledge about manufacturing and quality process and related documentation (in detail).

Understanding of applicable codes and standards.

Understanding of Project/Process requirements and applicable project specification.
