- Partner with global multi-functional teams to administer the Companys carried interest plans.
- Establish open communication lines with appropriate partners especially in Human Resources Tax Fund Accounting and Legal.
- Review and analysis of income statement & balance sheet accounts of GP entities and provide commentary for variance.
- Review and prepares monthly reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts and substantiation of the balances.
- Produce periodic (monthly/quarterly/annual) management reports.
- Facilitates global project management and work on ad-hoc projects to drive scale & efficiency.
- Sharing of best practices between regions.
- Provide timely responses to inquiries and ad-hoc requests.
- 2 years of accounting and reconciliation experience.
- Accounting / Finance or other degrees in the related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the preparation of internal management reports and/or financial documents will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong control mindset and problem solver with a passion for process improvement.
- Experience of accounting systems such as Oracle processes and controls is also beneficial.
