Role: Senior Associate / Manager Accounting Advisory Services

Overview Our clients Accounting Advisory practice continues to expand rapidly in Boston. We are building a pipeline of experienced professionals with strong technical accounting backgrounds who can support clients on transaction-driven and financial reporting transformation projects. Responsibilities

Support clients with implementation of new accounting standards (ASC 606 ASC 842 etc.)
Assist with preparing financial statements technical accounting memos and supporting disclosures
Contribute to transaction-related accounting projects including:
- Carve-outs
- GAAP/IFRS conversions
- Purchase accounting
- IPO readiness deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on audit readiness and process improvement
Research and interpret complex accounting issues and present findings

Qualifications

3 8 years of experience in Accounting Advisory Audit Technical Accounting or Financial Reporting
Public accounting background strongly preferred (Big 4 or top advisory firms ideal)
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Experience with IPO readiness carve-outs or financial reporting transformations preferred
CPA or CPA-eligible preferred
Based in or open to relocating to Boston
