About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Attorney with 3 years of civil litigation experience to join our Boise team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic excellent oral and written communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Experience in commercial and defense litigation is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle civil litigation cases from inception through resolution.
Draft pleadings motions and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
Represent clients in court mediations and settlement negotiations.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff to ensure top-quality client service.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Idaho; additional state licenses (OR WA CA MT) a plus.
Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
