CK Group are recruiting for a Process Technician
to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry in Motherwell & Stirling on a contract basis for 12 months.
Shifts: On shift rotation:
Early shift: 0600-1415 Monday to Friday
Back shift: 1400-2200 to Monday to Thursday & Friday 1400-2045
Salary: Per hour 18-18.87 PAYE or 24.13-25.17 Umbrella
Process Technician Role:- Work in close collaboration with manufacturing operators & engineers to become highly competent in manufacturing line operation processes and procedures.
- Support monitoring of product & process data using statistical analysis techniques.
- Diagnosis & troubleshooting of problems using a methodical approach & report progress in a structured way.
- Conduct CTQ testing & material / product analysis techniques.
- Investigate & resolve non-conformances / quality events & help develop robust OCAPs & preventative measures.
- Support validation activities & completion of validation documentation in line with business needs .
Your Background:
- A hands-on Process Technician with a good level of relevant industry experience (preferably medical device related)
- Preferably degree qualified & Process Excellence Green or Black Belt
- Experience of optimising product & processes
- GMP experience
- Experience in rotary converting and / or reel to reel printing (rotary screen / flexographic etc.) additional advantage
- Experience of using CAD software
