The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. With its more than 2000 professionals SAP Labs Bulgaria also has strong contributions toward life-cycle management user interface & user experience across the broader portfolio of SAP products and business applications. Most recently SAP Labs Bulgaria expanded in the topics of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. What youll build

• Target-state architectures and integration across identity email files collaboration and office networks that accelerate M&A onboarding and reduce risk.
• Scalable automation and repeatable runbooks to discover validate and execute migration waves with clear guardrails KPIs and safe rollback.
• An enterprise cutover framework with pilots dashboards and KPIs to minimize downtime and prove outcomes from readiness through stabilization.
• SSO transition playbooks to move applications from third-party IdPs to Microsoft Entra ID or internal providers with minimal user impact and aligned policies.
• Network standardization plans and verification suites to transition acquired offices reliably to the corporate network improving performance and security.
• A knowledge base of patterns SOPs and guides that enables teams to deliver consistently and at scale.

What you bring

• Proven delivery of multi-tenant collaboration migrations and consolidations across Microsoft 365 Google Workspace Slack and Atlassian with low-disruption cutovers and strong post-cutover stabilization.
• Deep identity and SSO expertise: Entra ID/Azure AD architecture / Google / Okta cross-tenant collaboration and federation changes using SAML with clear claim mapping and policy alignment.
• Atlassian and Slack migration depth: governance of permissions workflows and apps; sandbox/UAT validation; and post-cutover stabilization for Jira Confluence and Slack at scale.
• Mail files and coexistence fluency: email and file migrations across platforms (Google / O365) coexistence routing and outcome validation at enterprise scale.
• Network transformation experience: planning and executing office LAN/WAN standardization with resilience capacity/scalability planning phased deployments and rigorous readiness/post-cutover verification.
• Communication and documentation: clear stakeholder communication crisp runbooks and change records and thorough architecture and handover documentation.
