Were seeking a strategic and experienced **Commercial Service Manager** to lead our service department and drive operational excellence.

**What Youll Do:**

- Manage and grow relationships with commercial and fleet clients

- Develop service strategies to improve efficiency and profitability

- Lead train and support service staff

- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements

- Collaborate with internal teams to meet service goals

- Identify new business opportunities and expand service capabilities

**What Were Looking For:**

- Bachelors degree in Business Automotive Technology or related field (preferred)

- 5 years of automotive service management experience ideally in a commercial/fleet setting

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Proven ability to drive results and manage budgets

$125000 - $175000 a year

Salary dependent on experience and performance. No cap on commissions.
